Le destin se déchaîne elle accoucha du 3ème

Il n'avait pas beaucoup d'argent il était souvent absent

Elle nourrissait sa famille avec 8 francs pourtant

Pour ne pas perdre son temps combler son manque d'enseignement

Elle étudiait pendant qu'elle s'occupait

De la maison de frotter de laver

Ses fils qui ne comprenaient pas la regardaient

Se souviennent désormais de l'avoir toujours vu trimer

Elle aspirait au bonheur

Malgré sa main sur son front empli de sueur

Car elle révait un jour de partir

De quitter ce trop plein de déceptions de mauvais souvenirs

Mais 5 ans auparavant ses décisions furent veules

Elle comprit qu'elle risquait de devenir une femme seule

Je me souviens ces soirs elle attendait son mari

Des heures entières à la fenêtre en vain ainsi

Cette situalion demeura quelques années

Un jour il vint décidé à la quitter

D'un commun accord le divorce fut prononcé

Si longtemps après putain ce qu'elle devait l'aimer

Si douce et si patiente

Et encore arriver à trouver un terrain d'entente

Elle était digne fière responsable comme une mère

Ignorant la solitude qui la prit dans ses serres

Le jour la tête haute impassible elle restait

La nuit dans sa chambre elle se cachait pour pleurer

Elle travaillait faisait deux jobs en même temps

Pour pouvoir payer des vêtements décents à ses enfants

Les élever dans le droit chemin

A rester calme et sain respecter son prochain

Le matin se réveillait sur une musique triste

Que de lassitude et que de sacrifices

C'est l'histoire noire qu'il faut croire

Pour voir le courage et la sagesse rare d'une femme seule

J'ai vu trop de larmes dans ses yeux vert résolus

A accepter la fatalité qui l'écrasait

Sous le poids de son importance

Elle disait seulement ne pas avoir eu de chance

Mais savait au fond d'elle qu'on ne vient qu'une fois sur terre

Et la malchance est une très mauvaise excuse

L'enfer amer qu'elle vivait comparé à sa bonté

N'était pas mérité pour vous dire la vérité

Si bien q'un jour elle a décidé de s'en aller

Loin de Marseille pour pouvoir recommencer

Laissant derrière elle ce qu'elle aimait le plus

Ses 2 fils et beaucoup de soucis

L'attendaient malgré ça désormais elle est heureuse

Elle a beaucoup d'amis et un mari, sérieuse

Cependant lucide en reconnaissant

Que sa vie n'a vraiment commencé qu'à 35 ans

Cela vous semble bête mais songez-y

Perdez votre jeunesse où est le sens de la vie

Si je vous parle de cette manière sincère, ouverte
