c est un peulh qui avait beaucoup d or dans un sac en partance vers un autre village en meme temps il y avait un serpent qui avait mordu une personne et les villageois etaient a ses trousses ,le serpent a rencontre le peulh et le dit met moi dans ton sac apres m avoir sauver je te donnerai de l or,le peulh lui dit de lui dit de lui montrer une preuve le serpent gratte ses ecailes puis il y a la couleur de l or etant apparu le peulh renversa les choses trouvant dans son sac, il met le serpent dans le sac ,en quelques instants les villageois sont arrives pres du peul en lui demandant s il n a pas vu de serpent passe vers la le peulh repondit non et les villageois passent ,puis le peulh descendit le sac et fait sortir le serpent comme le dit un vieux adage "le bonheur est toujours recompense par le malheur" le peulh lui dit de lui donner son or le serpent se leva et dit au peulh de passer devant lui s il court ,s il regarde derriere,s il parle qu il va le mordre maintenant.
ils sont entrains de partir et ils ont rencontres un lapin chacun a explique pour lui puis le lapin a traite le serpent de menteur en le disant qu il ne peut pas rentrer dans le sac du peulh, le serpent rentrant a nouveau dans le sac du peulh le singe approcha puis il dil dit au peulh d attacher la corde de la fermeture du sac apres il dit au peulh "ton sac, ton serpent" et le prend son baton pour l abattre jusqu a la mort.
