La Nitty Gritty Dirt Band è un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi a Long Beach, California nel 1966. Considerati pionieri del country rock, hanno saputo mescolare influenze folk e bluegrass con sonorità più moderne, creando un sound originale e riconoscibile.
