Dai,dai,dai

Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
te lo prometto nessuno lo saprà
Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
a me puoi dirla, tu sei il mio papà

(parlato)
... e' che voi bambini credete che siano bravi soltanto i vostri eroi perché non sapete che cos'erano i vostri papà. Io, per esempio...

Come calciatore militavo in serie A
ero più famoso di Pelè
Quando mi lanciavo nello spazio col mio jet
io lasciavo indietro Superman
Ma il mio bambino mi viene vicino
mi dice pianino "Dai, cala, papà!"

Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
te lo prometto nessuno lo saprà
Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
a me puoi dirla, tu sei il mio papà

(parlato)
Io dico sempre la verità, sei tu che non mi credi. Anzi, ti dirò di più... quando ero ragazzo io, pensa...

Se facevo a pugni ti stendevo Cassius Clay
e facevo il vuoto intorno a me
Tutte le ragazze mi cercavano perché
io di Fonzie ne valevo tre
Ma il mio bambino mi viene vicino
mi dice pianino "Dai, cala, papà!"

Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
te lo prometto nessuno lo saprà
Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
a me puoi dirla, tu sei il mio papà

(parlato)

dimmi, dai, l'hai svuotato tu?
caro bambino, dai vieni vicino
e fai un pensierino sul "Cala, papà!"

Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
te lo prometto nessuno lo saprà
Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
a me puoi dirla, sono il papà
Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
te lo prometto nessuno lo saprà
Dai, dai, dai, di' la verità
a me puoi dirla, sono il papà
