Dance dance babydoll dance

It all started with a search for a magazine
An ordinary night, nothin' too obscene
I saw ya starin' at me like a sweet Savannah day
No ordinary girl would look at me that way
I asked if I could take you home (I asked if I could take you home)
And fire up the (gramaphone)

Dance dance babydoll dance
With you I never need to fake a romace
I'll even let ya lead if ya think you can dip me
Baby we can go to the bedroom and (dance dance babydoll dance with me
tonight)

I love the way ya don't complain when I come home late
You're always waiting there in our secret place
I don't know why nobody never understands
How I could love a girl so eager to expand
The conversation isn't much (The conversation isn't much)
But when we dance I swear you blush (I swear you blush)

I know you'll never take me home to mom (take me home to mom)
And I could never take you to the prom (to the prom)
I know you're nothin' more than plasticene
But you were never just a toy to me so go ahead and (never just a toy)

Dance dance babydoll dance
With you I never need to fake a romace (fake a romance)
I'll even let ya lead if ya think you can dip me
Baby we can go to the bedroom and dance dance babydoll dance
(ooo-ba-bop-ba-ooo)
With you I never need to fake a romace (fake a romance)
I'll even let ya lead if ya think you can dip me baby we can go to the
bedroom and
Dance dance babydoll dance with me tonight (dance with me tonight..dance
for real tonight)
