Voodoocult was a thrash metal project active from 1994 to 2007. The project was conceived by Phillip Boa, who was already the frontman of the gothic rock band Phillip Boa and the Voodooclub. Boa assembled a lineup of musicians to create a heavier and more aggressive sound, characterized by fast riffs, powerful drums, and dark lyrics. Voodoocult released three studio albums: "The Devil's Playground" (1996), "Voodoocult" (2000) and "The Last Supper" (2003). Among the band's most notable songs are "Black Magic Woman", "Devil's Dance" and "Bloodlust". Voodoocult shared the stage with bands like Motörhead, Danzig and The Cult.
