Carlos Rico Walker, better known as Shawty Lo, was an American rapper born in Atlanta, Georgia on August 19, 1980. He is known for his aggressive rap style and often provocative lyrics. Lo was also a member of the hip hop group D4L, known for the hit "Laffy Taffy".
