Teenage Fanclub is a Scottish rock band formed in Glasgow in 1983. Considered one of the cornerstones of the indie pop movement of the 1990s, their sound is characterized by catchy melodies, sophisticated arrangements and influences from power pop, jangle pop and psychedelic music. The original lineup included Norman Blake (guitar, vocals), Raymond McGinley (bass, vocals), Francis Reader (drums) and Gerard Love (vocals, guitar).
