Noordkaap was a Belgian musical group formed in 1990. Known for their folk-rock style with punk and cabaret influences, they achieved great popularity in Belgium during the 1990s. The group released several successful albums, including "Een heel klein beetje oorlog", "Programma '96", "Manneken Pis" and "Feest in de stad". Stijn Meuris, also known for his solo career, was a key member of the band. Noordkaap disbanded in 2001 after a long series of concerts and tours. Some of their most representative songs include "De wereld", "Ik ben een clown" and "Het is feest".
