The Gun Club è stato un gruppo rock statunitense attivo dal 1980 al 1996. Fondato a Los Angeles da Jeffrey Lee Pierce, il gruppo ha combinato elementi di blues, country, punk e rockabilly in un sound oscuro e provocatorio. Pierce, cantante e chitarrista carismatico, è stato la figura centrale del gruppo, noto per le sue performance intense e le testi poetiche spesso incentrate su temi come l'alienazione, la morte e la ricerca di spiritualità. \n\nThe Gun Club ha pubblicato cinque album in studio durante il periodo attivo, tra cui "Fire Of Love" (1981), "Sex Beat" (1984) e "Mother Juno" (1987).
