Steve Wynn is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist born in 1960. Known for his indie rock style characterized by catchy melodies and introspective lyrics, Wynn began his musical career in the 1980s with the band The Dream Syndicate. After the band's disbandment, he continued as a solo artist, releasing critically acclaimed albums such as "Here Come the Miracles", "Melting in the Dark" and "Kerosene Man". Wynn is also a member of the bands Gutterball and The Suspects. Some of his most representative songs include "The World Is a Beautiful Place", "I'm Not Your Friend" and "Static Transmission".
