this is not... fair!
lately i've been sleeping a little better alone
making my life for the first time in so long
i spent a while, collecting smiles
indentifying ways to which ive gone
don't say, this means everything to me
don't say, this means everything to me
becasue that's not...fair!
because just seem to care
i'll take what's left of me, rid myself of this animosity
find better feelings in my life
won't say, this means everything to me
won't say, this means everything to me
cuz things will never work out
will find the answers in time
cuz things will never work out
will find the answers in time
it up tonight as i walk myself home
i'll kick some stones
as i walk alone
get so down, a memory
as i walk away from you and me
it's here tomorrow
won't wait for you... to change your mind
won't wait for you...cuz everyhitng will be fine
i'll be fine...
i'll be fine...
Hidden In Plain View was a five-piece emo band from northern New Jersey. Formed in 2000, they disbanded in 2007. During their six and a half year run, the group released records with four different record labels (most notably the independent record label Drive-Thru Records) including two full-length albums and three EPs. Hidden in Plain View played numerous concert tours such as the Warped Tour and the Drive-Thru Records Invasion Tours in the United States, Europe and Japan. Their emo sound was characterized by catchy melodies, introspective lyrics and an infectious live energy. Some of their most representative songs include 'The World Is A Beautiful Place', 'I Don't Know What To Do With Myself' and 'This Is How We Live'.
