Liesje kreeg een mooie nieuwe pop van Sinterklaas,
eentje die kon plassen: met een ingebouwde blaas.
Liesje was uitzinnig en ze danste in het rond maar,
ze was wat onvoorzichtig en sprong boven op de hond.
De hond schrok zich de tering, hapte Liesje in der been,
en pakte toen de pop af en verscheurde die meteen.
jahm...
Liesje schreeuwde moord en brand en papa greep de pook,
en stapte op de hond af die angstig in een hoekje dook.
Papa begon te hakken, en het bloed spoot in het rond,
en toen z'n drift gekoeld was, zat het huis onder de hond.
Liesje krijste: papa wat heb je nou gedaan,
en ze pakte hem de pook af en begon op hem in te slaan.
Papa vluchte het huis uit en zocht toen vlug in de drank,
moeder las een boek van Thea Beckman op de bank.
Liesje ging zichzelf eens flink verwennen met de pook,
en plots werd het hele kametje nog best gezellig ook.
Mama deed haar tanden uit, want papa kwam weer thuis,
en Liesje stopte hele stukken brandhout in der kruis.
De hond werd bij mekaar geveegd, verorberd en vergeten,
en iedereen werd rustig want ze hadden goed gegeten.
Toen werd er aan de deur geklopt, en daar stond Sinterklaas,
papa liet hem binnen en vertelde het relaas.
Sinterklaas begreep het Liesje kreeg een nieuwe pop,
toen zei hij: ik moet weer gaan ik moet de daken op.
Nog even keek hij op en met een hele gante zwaai,
verdween hij in de nacht en iedereen dacht:
waauw, what a guy
