Malcolm James McCormick, known professionally as Mac Miller, was an American rapper, singer, and record producer born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1992. His music, characterized by a fusion of hip hop, jazz, and soul, gained an international following thanks to its introspective honesty and his talent for writing poetic lyrics. Miller debuted in 2010 with the album "Blue Slide Park", which reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
