The Secret Machines are an American indie rock and space rock band, originally from Dallas, Texas. Formed in New York City in 2000, the trio consists of Brandon Swanson (vocals, guitar), Benjamin Curtis (guitar, keyboards) and Phil Karnats (bass). Their sound is characterized by psychedelic atmospheres, distorted guitar riffs and introspective lyrics.
