One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small,
And the ones that mother gives you
Don't do anything at all.
Go ask Alice
When she's ten feet tall.
And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you're going to fall,
Tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call.
Call Alice
When she was just small.
When men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you've just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving low.
Go ask Alice
I think she'll know.
When logic and proportion
Have fallen sloppy dead,
And the White Knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen's "off with her head!"
Remember what the dormouse said:
"Feed your head. Feed your head. Feed your head"

Having put the lyrics on this page, I just have to put forward my comments of the song. Although I love the song I can't say it is my favourite (that award goes to "rejoyce") but there is deffinately something about it which just mesmerizes me. I couldn't figure it out at first, not that I tried, but one day it just came to me (funnily enough I was listening to "Theme From The Movie Manhole" at the time) There is no breath gap. There's no relaxing chorus, there is nothing to release you until the climax of the song ("Feed Your Head") It is only when the words stop that you can actually breathe. anyway, that's the way I see it. 1
Grace Slick (born Grace Barnett Wing on October 30, 1939) is an American singer, songwriter, and painter, best known as the lead vocalist of the psychedelic rock band Jefferson Airplane during the 1960s. Born in Highland Park, Michigan, Slick began her musical career in the 1950s with local groups. In 1967, she joined Jefferson Airplane, replacing Signe Toly Anderson. With the band, she achieved international success with albums such as "Surrealistic Pillow" (1967) and "Volunteers" (1969), featuring iconic tracks like "Somebody to Love", "White Rabbit", and "Volunteers". Her powerful and melodic voice, combined with often introspective and visionary lyrics, established her as one of the most important figures in psychedelic rock music. After Jefferson Airplane disbanded in 1972, Slick continued her musical career with solo projects and collaborations with other artists. Over the years, she has also exhibited her paintings in various galleries. Grace Slick is considered an icon of American rock music and one of the most recognizable voices of the psychedelic movement.

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
