Kendall Payne is an American singer-songwriter of indie rock music, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Her debut album, *Jordan's Sister*, was released by Capitol Records in 1999 and sold over 100,000 copies. She spent two years on the Lilith Fair tour with Sarah McLachlan and has also toured with artists like Dido, Ron Sexsmith, Third Day, and Delirious?.
