Mitten in der Vorstandssitzung war es,
als einen von dem Pack der Wahn befiel,
sich auf einmal gänzlich frei zu machen.
Er zeigte alles - und das war nicht viel.
Alle ander´n Herr´n war´n erst verstört,
doch er war nun mal der erste Mann im Haus,
und obwohl es sich nun wirklich nicht gehört,
zogen sich gehorsam alle andern aus.
Nein, das war kein wirklich schöner Anblick.
Ohne Schlips und Kragen sinkt so jemand tief!
Sie sah´n aus wie ganz normale Durchschnittsgangster -
und dazu kein bisschen attraktiv.
Und kein Schiff mit acht Segeln
lag drunten am Kai.
Für diese Herren
war die Party vorbei.
13 Börsianer, Weltgestalter,
ohne Wäsche, ohne Ansehn, ohne Pracht!
Einer noch verschämt im Büstenhalter -
und von allen Angestellten ausgelacht.
Alle hielten sich die Hände vor den Schniedel.
Ohne Porsche trau´n sie seiner Größe nicht....
Und es stellte sich die bange Frage:
Vielleicht die Hände besser vors Gesicht?
Heute weiß man es: es war ein Virus,
der die Herr´n in Frankfurt einst besprang,
und es war der Anfang nur vom Ende,
der längst fällige, gerechte Abgesang
eines viel zu lange hochgelobten Irrsinns,
einer Banken-Spekulanten-Diktatur.
Und da die Menschheit nicht mehr bei Verstand war,
half ihr ein kleiner Virus auf die Spur.
Und kein Schiff mit acht Segeln
rettete sie -
der Preis für ein Leben
ohne Poesie.
In New York, Berlin, Paris und Tokyo
mussten nackte Bänker kläglich frier´n,
und jetzt sah man erst, wieviel Idioten
unsre eigentlich so schöne Welt regier´n.
Mancherorten ist die Welt schon besser,
manche Protzpaläste stürzten bereits ein,
was kein Wunder ist, es gab sie niemals wirklich,
alles war nur Glitzer, Trug und Schein.
Und damit der Wahnsinn restlos endet,
dürfen wir kein bisschen ruh´n.
Helfen wir dem Virus bei der Arbeit,
es gibt in der Tat noch viel zu tun!
Zieht den Börsianern die Anzughosen aus,
Handy, Laptop und was sonst an ihnen klebt,
und dann soll´n sie jetzt mal seh´n wie man mit ehrlicher Arbeit
und ´nem Euro in der Stunde überlebt!
