Wut und zärtlichkeit

Mit dem Alter und der Plage
stellt sich irgendwann die Frage:
Ist es besser zu erkalten,
lässt man alles schön beim Alten?

Soll man sich die Wunden lecken,
legt sich in gemachte Betten,
statt die Kissen mit Gefühlen
alten Trotzes aufzuwühlen?

Oder kann man immer weiter
wachsam sein und dennoch heiter,
soll man weiter revoluzzen
oder doch Laternen putzen?

Kann man wütend sein und weise,
laut sein und im Lauten leise,
macht gerechter Zorn nicht müde,
ist vielleicht nur Attitüde?

Eines fügt sich doch zum andern,
nichts besteht für sich allein.
Flüsse, die getrennt mäandern,
leiben sich dem Meere ein.

Gut poliert erscheint das Schlechte
oft in einem Strahlenkranz.
Sei ein Heiliger, ein Sünder,
gib dir alles! Werde ganz!

Hab mich niemals an Gesetze,
Dogmen oder Glaubenssätze,
Führer, höhere Gewalten
ohne Widerspruch gehalten.

Und mich führ´n auf meiner Reise
zum Verstehen viele Gleise.
Zwischen Zärtlichkeit und Wut
tut das Leben richtig gut.

Menschen müssen sich verändern,
um sich selber treu zu sein.
Nur das Wechseln von Gewändern
kann kein wahrer Wandel sein.

Mancher sagt: Nur meditieren,
essen, was zum Boden fiel,
sich im Ganzen zu verlieren,
sei das wahre Lebensziel.

Andre ritzen ihren Armen
Hass und Rache blutig ein.
Sie sind viel zu schwer verwundet,
um im Herzen ganz zu sein.

Andre wiederum marschieren,
Fahnen werden stolz gehisst.
Und auch sie werden verlieren,
weil kein Sieg beständig ist.

Eines fügt sich doch zum andern?

Hoch gestiegen, tief gefallen,
zwischen Geistesblitz und Lallen
bin ich auf dem Weg zum Lieben
meinem Innern treu geblieben.

Denn mich führ´n auf meiner Reise
zum Verstehen viele Gleise.
Zwischen Zärtlichkeit und Wut
fasse ich zum Leben Mut.
