Angelique (born Iasi, Romania, September 11, 1989) is a Romanian actress, singer, screenwriter, and activist. After completing her studies in Comparative Literature and starting a doctorate in Communication Sciences at the IASU Campus in Lugano, Angelique debuted as a model and photographer before entering the film industry with Ruggiero Film Production. She has acted in several short films and feature films, including "Le ragazze di Mario", "Il mistero dell'anello", "E' una vita che ti cerco" and "Anna una voce umana". She is also the author and screenwriter of the film "Perché ti amo", based on her own work. ?? In the music world, Angelique has achieved success with the single "Con te vivrò", arranged by Marco Werba, written by her husband Gennaro Ruggiero. The song earned her numerous awards, including the Premio Caruso 2024, where she also performed a tribute cover to Edith Piaf, "Non je ne regrette rien". ??
