Demiricous is a death/thrash metal band from Indianapolis, Indiana. Formed in 2005 by Nate Olp, Scott Wilson, Ben Parrish and Christopher Cruz, the band released a self-produced demo that caught the attention of Metal Blade Records. After the release of their debut album, Christopher Cruz left the band to be replaced by Dustin Boltjes. In 2009, Scott Bronner (MercyKill and Legion) joined the group, replacing Scott Wilson, while Mike Morgan (Summon The Destroyer and Christ Beheaded) took over for Ben Parrish. Demiricous is known for its aggressive and technical music, which blends elements of death metal and thrash metal with progressive influences. Some of their most representative tracks include "The Serpent's Tongue", "Bloodsoaked" and "Acheron".
