Anekdoten is a Swedish progressive rock band formed in the 1990s. The group, composed of Nicklas Barker (guitar, vocals), Anna Sofi Dahlberg (cello, keyboards), Jan Erik Liljestrom (bass, vocals) and Peter Nordins (drums), stands out for its use of the mellotron and a powerful sound characterized by a pounding bass guitar.
