Conosciuti anche con l’acronimo RMDG, i Romanderground sono una formazione rap / Hip-Hop nata a Roma nel 2008, formata dagli MC Prisma (Alessandro Tagliaferri) e Mister T (Andrea Tagliaferri) insieme a DJ Snifta (Sergio Tamagnini). Il loro esordio discografico avviene nel 2010 con “RMDG EP” prodotto da una giovanissima Honiro Label. Due anni più tardi il gruppo pubblica “Solo per chi ascolta mixtape”, un progetto indipendente che vede le collaborazioni di alcuni degli esponenti più importanti della scena rap capitolina tra cui Primo Brown, Gente de Borgata, Brokenspeakers, Er Costa, Quarto Blocco e molti altri. Negli anni seguenti il gruppo produce diversi singoli, molti dei quali fanno parte di album e mixtape di alcuni tra i più importanti produttori della scena Hip-Hop Italiana. Tra questi, spiccano le collaborazioni in “Poteri forti” e “Kill Phill Vol. 2” di Mr. Phil, nei brani “Quarto tipo” e “Ready 2 Kill”, la partecipazione su “Argento” di DJ Argento, con il brano “Everlasting joint” (tributo a Primo Brown) e le collaborazioni in “Brutti Ceffi Mixtape” Vol. 1 e Vol. 2 di Dj Ceffo. Nel 2013 l’uscita del singolo “Straight up” prodotta da DJ Shocca, sancisce l’entrata ufficiale di DJ Snifta nel gruppo.
