Patrick Henry Travers, known as Pat Travers, is a Canadian guitarist born in Toronto in 1954. Known for his energetic blues-rock style influenced by Jimi Hendrix, he rose to fame in the 1970s with his band, the Pat Travers Band. The lineup featured notable musicians such as Pat Thrall, Nicko McBrain (future drummer of Iron Maiden), Tommy Aldridge, Peter "Mars" Cowling, Jerry Riggs and Carmine Appice.
