James Michael Aloysius Bradford, known professionally as Jimmy Nail, is a British actor, singer, and songwriter born in Newcastle upon Tyne. He began his career in musical theatre in the 1980s before transitioning to television in 1983. His international fame came from his role as Leonard "Oz" Osbourne in the cult television series *Auf Wiedersehen, Pet* (1983-1986), which earned him a BAFTA award. Nail has also starred in other successful television series such as *Spender* and *The Bill*. ??
