The Corrs are an Irish band of Celtic-pop and folk rock music formed in 1991 in Dundalk. The members of the group are siblings Andrea (lead vocals, tin whistle), Sharon (violin, backing vocals), Caroline (drums, bodhran, backing vocals) and Jim (guitar, keyboards/piano backing vocals). Raised in a musical environment thanks to their parents who played in various local bands and formed their own traditional Irish folk band, Sound Affair, the Corrs began playing together from a young age. After participating in an audition for the film The Commitments, they signed a record deal and achieved international success with albums like *Talk on Corners* (1997) and *In Blue* (2000). Their most famous songs include "Runaway", "Breathless" and "Radio”. The band has sold over 50 million records worldwide, becoming one of the most popular Irish bands of all time.
