Blind Melon is an American alternative rock band formed in 1989. The group achieved success with their self-titled debut album in 1992, which included the hit single "No Rain", a major radio success thanks to its iconic music video. The band was marked by the tragic death of frontman Shannon Hoon in 1995 at the age of 28. After a hiatus of over ten years, Blind Melon reunited in 2006 with Travis Warren as the new vocalist, alongside original members Christopher Thorn (guitar), Rogers Stevens (bass), Brad Smith (drums) and Glen Graham (keyboards).
