Claudio Villa (pseudonimo di Claudio Pica; 1926-1987) è stato uno dei cantanti italiani più popolari del secondo dopoguerra. Nato a Roma, Villa iniziò la sua carriera negli anni '40 come cantante in locali e teatri. Il suo successo arrivò nel 1953 con il brano "Il cielo in una stanza", che divenne un grande successo internazionale. Villa fu noto per la sua voce calda e melodiosa, capace di interpretare sia canzoni d'amore che brani più drammatici. Tra i suoi successi più famosi ricordiamo anche "La donna è mobile", "Non ti scordar di me" e "O sole mio". Oltre alla musica, Villa si dedicò anche al cinema, recitando in diversi film musicali. La sua carriera durò fino agli anni '70, quando si ritirò dalle scene per dedicarsi alla vita privata. Claudio Villa è considerato uno dei più grandi interpreti della canzone italiana del XX secolo.
