Natalia y La Forquetina was a Mexican musical group active between 2006 and 2013, led by singer-songwriter Natalia Lafourcade. The band explored a Latin folk sound characterized by catchy melodies, poetic lyrics, and refined arrangements. Among the most notable songs of Natalia y La Forquetina are "Casa", "Tú Me Dejaste de Querer" and "La Llorona". The group's debut album, "Casa", released in 2008, was a great success in Mexico and Latin America. Natalia y La Forquetina disbanded in 2013 to allow Natalia Lafourcade to pursue a solo career.
