Victor Manuelle, born Víctor Manuel Ruiz Velázquez, is an American musician, singer, and songwriter of Puerto Rican descent. Known for his powerful voice and musical style that blends traditional salsa elements with contemporary influences, Manuelle achieved international fame in the 1990s thanks to hits like "Yo No Me Dejo" and "Cuando Tu Me Besas". Born in New York to Puerto Rican parents, Manuelle began his musical career at age 12 playing bongos. He started singing in salsa clubs in New York and in 1994 released his debut album "The Sound of Salsa".
