Amaral è un duo musicale spagnolo formato da Eva Amaral (voce) e Juan Aguirre (chitarra). Il gruppo nasce a Zaragoza nel 1997 dopo che Eva, inizialmente batterista in un'altra band, decide di collaborare con Aguirre per suonare le proprie canzoni. Lo stile musicale di Amaral è definibile come pop rock, ma spesso si fonde con influenze latine, folk rock, sintetizzatori e testi poetici complessi, caratterizzati da una forte componente tradizionale spagnola. Juan Aguirre, nato a San Sebastián (Donostia) nella provincia del Guipúzcoa, trascorre l'infanzia nel quartiere di Gros e attualmente risiede a Zaragoza, mentre Eva è originaria della stessa città.
