Alan Parsons is an English musician and record producer born in 1948. He began his career as a studio engineer, collaborating with renowned artists such as Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Paul McCartney, The Hollies, and Al Stewart. He is best known for his work on Pink Floyd's *The Dark Side of the Moon* (1973), widely regarded as one of the greatest rock albums ever made. In 1974, he formed the Alan Parsons Project, achieving international success throughout the 1970s and 1980s.
