Tony Yayo, real name Marvin Bernard, is an American rapper born in Queens, New York, in 1982. He is known for being one of the founding members of the hip hop group G-Unit, led by 50 Cent. His musical career began in the 1990s with participation in mixtapes and collaborations with other underground artists. In 2005 he released his debut album, *Thoughts of a Predicate Felon*, which reached number two on the Billboard 200 chart. The album was a commercial success, selling over a million copies in the United States and receiving platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Yayo is known for his aggressive rhymes and raw rap style, influenced by the gangsta rap sound of the 1990s. Among his most famous tracks are "I'm a Hustler", "Drama" and "Go Hard". Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous prominent artists in the hip hop landscape, including Eminem, Lloyd Banks and Young Buck.
