Neglected Fields is a Latvian musical group formed in 1995. Their music blends synthwave, dark ambient, and post-rock, creating dark and introspective atmospheres. Notable members include Karlis Jakubonis, Sergejs Karsevs, and Sergejs Kustovs. The band has released three albums: *Synthinity* (1998), *Splenetic* (2001), and *Mephisto Lettonica* (2005). *Synthinity*, in particular, is considered a landmark album in the European underground electronic music scene.
