The Chop Chop Band is an Italian reggae group formed in Barletta in 1992. The band consists of six musicians united by their passion for Jamaican music, led by singer and songwriter Pino Pepsee. They have contributed to the spread of reggae style in Italy, proposing often social and reflective lyrics. Among the most representative songs are "Barletta Reggae", "La vita è bella" and "Senza paura". Their debut album, "Chop Chop Band", dates back to 1994 and marked the beginning of their musical career.
