Kelly Price is an American R and B and soul singer-songwriter known for her powerful voice and emotionally charged performances. Born in New York in 1973, she began her musical career at age 12 singing in church. After studying vocal performance at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Price signed a record deal with RCA Records in 1998.
