The Whitest Boy Alive is an indie band formed in Berlin in 2003 by Norwegian singer Erlend Øye, previously known for his work with Kings of Convenience. The band's name comes from a phrase spoken by Øye's father during his childhood. Their sound blends indie pop, folk, and electronica, with psychedelic influences and melancholic atmospheres.
