La Ley is a Chilean pop rock band formed in Santiago in 1987. The group, composed of Andrés Bobe (guitar), Rodrigo Aboitiz (bass), Mauricio Claveria (drums), Beto Cuevas (vocals) and Luciano Rojas (keyboards), achieved success in the 1990s with a pop-rock sound influenced by Latin American rock and electronic music. La Ley won a Grammy Award in 1998 for the album "¿Quién es quién?" and two Latin Grammy Awards, one in 2000 for the song "El cielo no tiene límites" and one in 2003 for the album "Despierta el alma". Among the group's most representative songs are "La chica de mis sueños", "Corazón en llamas", "No me digas adiós" and "Un nuevo día". La Ley has released ten studio albums, selling millions of copies worldwide.
