Hide (1964-1998) was a Japanese musician, singer, and guitarist. Known for his theatrical rock style and charismatic personality, Hide achieved great popularity in the 1990s in Japan with the band X Japan. Hide was a guitar virtuoso, capable of performing complex riffs and emotive melodies. His music often explored themes such as loneliness, pain, and the search for identity. After the disbandment of X Japan in 1997, Hide embarked on a solo career, releasing the album "Hide Your Face" in 1998. Sadly, he died tragically at the age of 33 due to suicide.
