Gnarls Barkley is a musical duo formed by rapper and singer CeeLo Green and producer Danger Mouse. The group's name comes from a combination of "gnarly", slang for something extraordinary or impressive, and "barkley", the last name of a fictional character in an animated film. The duo debuted in 2006 with the album "St. Elsewhere", which was a huge success thanks to the single "Crazy", a song that dominated world charts and won numerous awards, including a Grammy Award for Record of the Year.
