Sista was a female group formed by Devante Swing, member of the R and B group Jodeci. Swing had the goal of creating a female version of Jodeci and Sista was his realization. Among the group members was Missy Elliott, who later achieved great success as a rapper and music producer. The group released an album in 1994 titled "Sista", which includes songs like "I'm So Into You" and "Love Is a Game". Despite the talent of its members, Sista did not achieve the same success as Jodeci and disbanded after the debut album.
