Fernando Alba is a singer-songwriter and composer of Sicilian origin, raised artistically in Rome. He began writing songs, arranging and producing towards the end of the 1990s, influenced by new musical technologies such as Atari, Midi, Multitrack, Samplers and Electronic Drums. After playing, writing and producing for various artists and collaborating with record labels such as Honiro, he released his first single in 2010, "La Bicicletta". He begins an artistic career made of small steps, respecting art and professionalism. He founded Maqueta Records, an independent record label. He has two albums to his credit, "La Chitarra Nuova" and "Nello Stesso Acido", several singles and numerous participations in the world of soundtracks. He collaborates with other Italian and international artists both as a songwriter and producer, taking care of artistic direction for some and involving many of the most appreciated musicians in the national panorama in his works. In 2020 he released the singles "Pensiero Fisso", "Abbiamo Contagiato il Mondo", "Immagina" and in April 2021 "L'odore dell'amore". On April 29, 2022, the new single "La canzone del Mondo" was released, a song with Irish sounds dedicated to our planet and peace between peoples that will be part of his third album currently in production.
