condita da nuova adrenalina
che mi costringerà a invitarti a cena
e dentro al mio sacchetto giallo
tra lo spumante e le patatine
ci metto l'incoscienza ed il coraggio
e il mio talento di attaccar bottone
all' esselunga dei single ti ho incontrata
leggera e distratta
hai preso la frutta
col sacchetto in mano da riempire
scusa ti posso aiutare
regola prima di un single che ho imparato
non serve arroganza occorre pazienza
e non cadere nello stesso errore
che porta sempre a fare brutte figure
sconti, offerte effimere occasioni
fotografie di vita
condita da nuova adrenalina

Francesco Bif, born Francesco Bifano in Acri (CS), Italy, is a musician who began his musical journey at a young age with the accordion before transitioning to the trumpet and joining the local band. At 16, he composed a march for the band and started writing his own songs, characterized by an authentic and direct adolescent perspective. He graduated in Trumpet from the Conservatory in 2000 and began studying piano, influenced by singer-songwriters. After several live experiences with cover bands and touring groups, he moved to Milan in 2001, starting to collaborate with recording studios in both Milan and Turin. In 2004, he landed his first significant collaboration as a trumpeter: the single "Ma che caldo fa" by the duo Wonderful Wanda, released by EMI Music Italia and produced by Luca Chiaravalli. In 2005, he participated in the Castrocaro Festival and was among the finalists. In 2008, he released "Sensazione fantastica", produced with Angelo Anastasio. Among his television appearances, we remember his participation in Effetto Sabato on Rai 1, in the space dedicated to emerging songwriters, accompanied by two musicians. In 2010, he embarked on a summer tour of Southern Italy's squares. In July 2011, he was a trumpeter in the orchestra for Nabucco at the Olympic Stadium in Turin during the celebrations for the 150th anniversary of Italian Unity. In 2014, he released "Esci dallo schermo", a song addressing the theme of social networks and modern communication, followed by "Luogo comune", a single that preceded the release of his first album, produced with Massimo Zoara of B-nario, featuring important collaborations. In February 2020, he released "Il Suono Delle Parole" feat. Fabrizio Bosso. Currently, he dedicates himself to music production as a composer, songwriter, and arranger, collaborating with Nicolò Fragile on a new musical project anticipated by "La Esse dei Single".
