Ahora soy consciente
De que ha sido una suerte
Que estuvieras a mi lado
Y miro este lienzo en blanco
Para pintar el futuro
Y no sé ni dibujarlo
Quiero hacer memoria
Y rebusco en mi cabeza
Cada línea, cada trazo
Que compongan el retrato
Detodo lo que fuimos
Para poder olvidarlo
Hemos tenido suerte
De vivir para contarlo
Hablando con la licencia
Que concede la distancia
Ahora creo en el valor
De lo que pasamos
Y aun así
Nunca me sentí tan vulnerable
En esta existencia tan cambiante
Pero tuvimos suerte
De vivir para contarlo
Hemos tenido suerte
Tuvimos tanta suerte
De vivir para contarlo...
Hemos tenido suerte
De vivir para contarlo
La suerte que he tenido
De encontrarte
Y de no perder de vista
Lo importante
Las veces que he podido
Estrellarme
Mis idas y venidas
Ascensiones y caídas
Fueron sólo
Una cuestión de suerte
Amaral is a Spanish musical duo formed by Eva Amaral (vocalist) and Juan Aguirre (guitarist). The group was born in Zaragoza in 1997 after Eva, initially a drummer in another band, decided to collaborate with Aguirre to perform their own songs. Amaral's musical style is defined as pop rock, but often blends Latin influences, folk rock, synthesizers and poetic lyrics with a strong traditional Spanish component. Juan Aguirre, born in San Sebastián (Donostia) in the Guipúzcoa province of Spain, spent his childhood in the Gros neighborhood and currently resides in Zaragoza, while Eva is originally from the same city. Among their most representative songs are "Rosas", "Motivos", "19 días y 500 noches" and "El universo de los sueños".

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
