I feel good
cause it's Saturday morning
i'm feeling so good
cause i woke up next to you, girl
well, last week, you didn't know how i felt
you thought that we were just friends
but all this time, i had plans to make you more
maybe, be my girlfriend
cause it's Saturday
and i just fell in love
cause it's Saturday
and everything is going my way, yeah
i feel good
cause we're finally holding hands together
i'm feeling so good
cause now my heart is your's forever
well, last week, you didn't know how i felt
you thought we were just friends
but all this time, i had plans to make you more
maybe, be my girlfriend
cause it's saturday
and i just fell in love
cause it's saturday
and everything is going my way, yeah
i'm gonna scream it to the world
gonna shout it out loud
at the top of my lungs
i'm in love
i'm in a real love
i'm in love
for the very first time, yeah
cause it's saturday, yeah
and i just fell in love
cause it's saturday, yeah
and everything is going my way, yeah
cause it's saturday, yeah
and i just fell in love
cause it's saturday, yeah
and everything is going my way
The Secret Handshake was a musical project by American singer and multi-instrumentalist Luis Alberto Dubuc, active from 2004 to 2011. Dubuc, originally from New York, composed and played all the instruments on the band's albums, characterized by an indie folk sound with psychedelic and progressive influences. The project came to light after his experience in other bands like The Black Angels and The Warlocks. The Secret Handshake's music was well-received by critics for its dreamlike atmosphere and enveloping melodies. Among the most representative tracks are "The Sun Is Setting", "I Don't Know What I'm Doing" and "You Are My Everything". Dubuc then continued his musical career as a solo artist, releasing albums under his own name.
