Il progetto Neko Willer nasce nel febbraio 2020 come progetto solista del frontman della band The Crystal Bricks. La pandemia iniziata nel 2020 ha dato il tempo a Neko di concentrarsi sul suo pro-getto solista, non potendo provare con la band. Con il brano "SING!" il progetto di Neko Willer viene ammesso alle finali nazionali di Sanremo Rock 2021, suonando al Teatro Ariston. In questa occasione si forma la band ufficiale del progetto Neko Willer, costituita da Stefano Dalle Molle (Neko) alla voce, Vincenzo Carraro e Aurelio Doria alle chitarre, Giulio Galiazzo al basso e Alberto Valenti alla batteria.
