When the summer dropped
When the summer dropped
Pussy poppin' where the churches pentecostric
Candy painted, new Impala
Spinners on it plus hydraulics (When the summer dropped)
Niggas knockin' sweatshirts, pickin' pockets
Mall hoppin', rental coppin'
We ain't got no fuckin' options (Yeah, when the summer dropped)
I'm in my other drop, from beanies to buckets
A hundred bucks in my Polo socks
Remember when summer dropped, we was at Uncl?'s spot
Three niggas with nothin' to do but wrestle or slap box
Back when th? summer dropped, you would cut me from practice
By ninth grade, my three-sixty ways were splashin'
Savin' up the cash to get some food, boo, that's platinum
Fat boy with braces, A1's and glasses
When the summer dropped, I wanted to make beats and rap
My big brother said I need a MPC for that
Next summer, I was cookin' up an easter batch
Egg salad sandwiches, I used to fiend for that (When the summer dropped)
I got cash, then blew it, a hot bag
Onto it, I guess I'm goin' overseas for that
When the summer dropped
Pussy poppin' where the churches pentecostric
Candy painted, new Impala
Spinners on it plus hydraulics (When the summer dropped)
Niggas knockin' sweatshirts, pickin' pockets
Mall hoppin', rental coppin'
We ain't got no fuckin' options (Uh, when the summer dropped)
I worked at the barbershop
I swept up the hair from under the chair, couldn't talk a lot (When the summer dropped)
I saved up the whole summer, that's how I got school clothes
I bought some Puma's and some fake chains, that was fools gold
My nigga, what you know about those hot summers? No air condition
My niggas got rare ambition, but pain impaired division (When the summer dropped)
I done lost so many homies, in summers I cherish livin'
Nobody care to listen, they suffer from their decision (When the summer dropped)
Never hit that 7/11 on Bennett Road
While wearin' them trendy clothes, stick-up niggas like "Give me those"
'Tis the season, they robbin' and schemin' to knock your block out
Just make sure you safe when it's hot out, nigga
When the summer dropped
Niggas knockin' sweatshirts, pickin' pockets
Mall hoppin', rental coppin'
We ain't got no fuckin' options (When the summer dropped)
Pussy poppin' where the churches pentecostric
Candy painted, new Impala
Spinners on it, plus hydraulics (When the summer dropped)
Niggas knockin' sweatshirts, pickin' pockets
Mall hoppin', rental coppin'
We ain't got no fuckin' options (When the summer dropped)
Pussy poppin' where the churches pentecostric
Candy painted, new Impala
Spinners on it, plus hydraulics (When the summer dropped)
When the summer dropped
When the summer dropped
