The Acacia Strain sono una band metalcore formatasi a Chicopee, Massachusetts, nel 2001. Considerati uno dei pilastri del genere, la band è nota per il suo sound aggressivo e pesante, caratterizzato da riff distorti, blast beat veloci e growl gutturali. Vincent Bennet è l'unico membro originale ancora presente nella formazione attuale.
