We need some light to find the lantern
Unzip the tent, we can use the moon
I'm going out into the weeds
To gather everything we need
So, stay in, stay in until I'm done
Until I'm done searching for the thing
Even the faintest glint of light
Can guide me right back to you
You had no choice
But to run and to go
(I'll get you)
Anything that you need
Anything at all
I'll hunt down for you
And I'll be comin' home (x4)
Through the dark
Through the dark
Gotta get back to you
You're the light out from the shore
The beacon is my guide
The trail of crumbs I don't feel
By your light
By your light
You have no choice
But to run and to go
Anything that you need
Anything at all
I'll hunt down for you
And I'll be comin' home (x4)
Through the dark
Through the dark
I've gotta get back to you
The distance we maintain is a stable foundation
A trail of crumbs is my motivation, motivation
You have no choice
But to run and to go
(I'll get you back)
Anything that you need
Anything at all
I'll hunt down for you
And I'll be comin' home (x4)
Dredg is an American progressive/alternative rock band formed in 1993 in Los Gatos, California. The band consists of vocalist Gavin Hayes, guitarist Mark Engles, bassist Drew Roulette and drummer/keyboardist Dino Campanella.
