Dante Spinetta is an Argentine rapper born in Buenos Aires in 1974. He began his musical career in rap at the age of fourteen. In 1990, he formed the duo Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas with Emmanuel Horvilleur, with whom he recorded seven albums, winning numerous awards and several gold and platinum records. Among the most remembered songs of the group are «Es tuya Juan», «Abarajame» and «Coolo». After ten years of career, the band disbanded and both artists embarked on solo careers.
